Allied Dispute Resolution is a term that we have coined here at Dispute Resolution Centre Australia (DRCA) which refers to the process, advisory and assistance of collaborative professionals that aid parties involved in a dispute in managing the peripheral issues that may, or do, arise during one’s dispute resolution journey.
It’s important to remember that there may be a number of unresolved issues in your dispute that require the unique input and assistance of other relevant professionals, outside of lawyers, Mediators, Arbitrators and FDRPs.
A holistic approach to disputes is the way of the future.
We understand that your dispute may not be as clear-cut as it seems and can involve a number of other issues which would greatly benefit from the assistance of other professionals with the relevant niche and expertise.
For us, a holistic approach involves the incorporation of those other professionals through our Collaborative Collective to provide you with the confidence, clarity and ability to transition into the next stage of your life with ease.
Allied Dispute Resolution Professionals include, but are not limited to:
The greatest benefit of Allied Dispute Resolution is that it can occur at any stage of your dispute resolution journey. Either before to help you take the first step, during to assist you moving forward or at the conclusion so that you are provided with the ongoing support to address any hurdles that may arise.
